Steven is a founding Director of MK Architecture with a passion for architecture. He is a registered architect with over 25 years’ experience both in Australia and internationally. Steve is committed to the delivery of high-quality architectural design outcomes that respond directly to client requirements, with a focus on enhancing human-centric outcomes to create long term social and environmental benefits.
Steve has extensive experience delivering complex residential, mixed-use, and community projects. At MK Architecture, Steven oversees the studio’s strategic direction, front-end design, feasibility, and master planning. He excels in orchestrating complex urban developments, possessing a sharp understanding of commercial drivers, rigorous planning frameworks, and multi-stakeholder coordination. His strength lies in clearly articulating a project's vision from day one, successfully aligning client aspirations with high-quality, community-focussed architectural outcome.

David Kelly | Director

David is a founding Director of MK Architecture, holding a Bachelor of Architecture from University College Dublin (UCD). With a career spanning over 20 years in international and Australian contexts, David brings a strategic perspective that underpins the practice’s success in delivering major residential, commercial, mixed-use, and community projects.
At MK Architecture, David leads design delivery and technical execution. David is highly skilled, motivated and passionate architect who pushes quality design outcomes on every project. He involves himself in all stages of the design process to ensure that the finished product is a true expression of the design intent. David has developed a strong portfolio of residential work from large mixed-use developments to affordable housing and retirement living. He enjoys working collaboratively with clients and consultants to consistently deliver high quality designs in a cost-effective way.
